Visit the AHWC before receiving any treatment off campus. If you receive a referral to be seen by an outside provider, keep the signed Referral Form until you are ready to submit your claim.

Digital ID cards can be accessed 24/7 by creating an account with GeoBlue online at geobluestudents.com or by downloading the GeoBlue app to your smart phone or device. To create your account, you will need to use your Member ID number.

All International students enrolled at your school are eligible to purchase this plan. Students who purchase the coverage may also purchase coverage for their eligible dependents.

Academic Emergency Services (AES)

Click the button below to enroll in the standalone Academic Emergency Services (Medical Evacuation and Repatriation) Plan. Premium paid directly to AHP.
